TO PROCESSING
In 2002,
Edmund Poku submitted a Business School Project on cocoa processing in Ghana. The encouraging feedback he received from professors, drove him to prepare a business plan for a cocoa liquor processing business in Ghana.
COMMODITIES PROCESSING INDUSTRY LIMITED
In 2007,
Edmund’s business plan was executed and Commodities Processing Industry Limited (CPI) was born with an annual installed capacity of 8,000MT and the aim to process 100% Ghana cocoa beans to cocoa liquor for the export market.
