Niche Cocoa Industry Limited is the leading privately operated cocoa processing company in Ghana established in 2011. Niche produces high-quality semi-finished cocoa products for supply to the worldwide chocolate, ice cream and bakery industries. Semi-finished products include natural and specialized cocoa liquor. With an installed capacity of 90,000 metric tons of cocoa beans per year, Niche Cocoa is the largest fully integrated cocoa processor in Ghana. Our prime aim is to ensure that our operations are based on Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety to assure safer products. We have an equal commitment to the safety and security of our employees and visitors. Niche Cocoa Industry Ltd is certified to Food Safety System Certification (FSSC) 22000. As an environmentally and socially responsible company, Niche subscribes to an Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS) in compliance with applicable IFC Performance Standards and requirements of Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2015 and Occupational Health & Safety Management System ISO 45001:2018 International Standards.

Niche Confectionery Limited is the leading privately operated cocoa processing company in Ghana established in 2021. We produce high-quality semi-finished cocoa products for supply to the worldwide chocolate, ice cream and bakery industries. Semi-finished products include Natural Cocoa Butter, Natural Cocoa Cake, Natural and Alkalized Cocoa Powder. With an installed cocoa liquor pressing capacity of 48,000 metric tons per year, Niche Confectionery Limited adds more value the cocoa liquor. Our prime aim is to ensure that our operations are based on best industry standards in Food Safety and Quality. In confectioneries, Niche is a bean-to-bar producer of refined confectionery products.
